This item is produced on-site and may take up to 7 days for production. Orders are produced in the order received and not premade.

If you need the item sooner, please select Rush my order and a nominal fee will be added. If this is not added to your order, then up to 10 business days production will apply. Shipping time excluded. 

During this period please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Whenever possible, we recycle shipping boxes and supplies in order to keep prices down. You may receive your item(s) in a previously used box. Items under 1lb ship USPS First Class Mail. Items over 1lb ship USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex or UPS.  You will receive a shipment notification with tracking number once your order has shipped.

Because this is a custom-made item directly created for the purchaser, there will be no returns. If you find an issue with your finished product, email marni@monogramthisandmore.com.
