This item is produced on-site and may take up to 10 business days for production. Orders are produced in the order received and not premade. 

If you need the item sooner, please select Rush my order and a nominal fee will be added. If this is not added to your order, then up to 10 business days production will apply. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday. Shipping time excluded. 

During this period please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Whenever possible, we recycle shipping boxes and supplies in order to keep prices down. You may receive your order in a previously used box. Orders under 1lb ship USPS First Class Mail. Items over 1lb will ship either via USPS or UPS or another carrier.  You will receive a shipment notification with tracking number once your order has shipped.  We only ship to states in the Contiguous US.

Because this is a custom-made item directly created for the purchaser, there will be no returns. If you find an issue with your finished product, email marni@monogramthisandmore.com.
