Orders dropped off are sent into production in the order as they arrive. Our normal turn around time is 5-7 business days although we try to get your order completed as quickly as possible. 
Shipping costs vary depending on the items purchased.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments ship either USPS or UPS. All orders over $125 (excluding tax) ship free!!  At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States. 
No. Monogram This and More is not licensed to embroider any copyrighted/trademarked logos.
Yes, depending on the size of the order. If you have 24 or more of the same item (ie. polo) getting the same embroidered design we can offer a discount.
Our normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days although we strive to get your orders completed in a timely fashion. If you need a quicker turnaround and we are busy a rush fee can apply. 
Due to the customized nature of our personalized items, they are generally not eligible for returns. If you receive a damaged personalized item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.  No refunds or exchanges will be provided for personalized items that are not damaged.
During peak holiday seasons orders are pushed into production as they come in.  If you notice an error, please text us at 615-807-0598 immediately.  While we do our best, please understand that sometimes we are unable to change or cancel orders once it has been submitted.

Yes! Most of our products offer the ability to purchase without a monogram. 
We are available Mon-Fri 9:30am-4:00pm.  On occassion we may close for a few days and that will be posted on the top banner ahead of time.

Yes! If you have a business logo and either own the rights to the logo or have written permission to use it, we can embroider it on your supplied items.  If the logo needs to be set up for the embroidery process, a one time set up fee will apply.  This one time fee includes getting the logo into a stitch file and a test stitch out. Up to 2 changes on the stitchout is allowed.  Additional changes will incur a fee.
