Have your own item you want to bring us?
Most items can be brought to us for monogramming, custom design embroidery, logo embroidery and apparel decoration. That’s why we created BYOI – bring your own items. We do however, reserve the right to refuse an item/items. Not sure if we can monogram or personalize your item? Email us or text a picture to 615-807-0598 and ask!  In addition, please read the following disclosure on customer provided items.
Bring Your Own Items (BYOI)/Information and Process
Our process is easy and convenient! Follow the simple steps below. Please note – Local to Nashville/Franklin area only
***PLEASE READ ALL STEPS FOR IMPORTANT INFO:***

- ORDER FORM: Print out the order form. Can’t print? No problem, jot down the info on a sheet of paper or grab an order form from the grey portfolio on the front deck.
- CHOICES: Consult the decoration methods, font list and thread color chart when filling out the order form. Additional charts are in the bin.
- Â DROP OFF: Drop your bag of items off including the filled out order form at your convenience in the bin located at 1604 Flanders Court in McKays Mill subdivision in Franklin, TN 37067.
- PRODUCTION: We will retrieve your order, review it and if needed, ask for payment upfront. The order will then go into production.
- INVOICE: Upon completion, you will receive an QUICKBOOKS invoice via email and text. Invoices can be paid in many ways: Credit Card directly from Quickbooks invoice, venmo @Monogramthis or zelle. If paying in a different way, please contact us first.Â
- PICK UP: Upon payment of invoice, your order will be in the bin for pick up. At your convenience, come pick it up! Items are removed at 10PM and placed back in the bin the following day by 9AM.
- TURNAROUND TIME: TAT varies between 4-7 business days. During peak times such as graduation (May) and holidays (mid October-December) production and turn time may be longer. Â
